We assist seniors in increasing their confidence in movement and managing chronic conditions. Improving mobility functions allows for maintaining independence and a good quality of life

Geriatric physiotherapy focuses on diagnosing, treating, and maintaining the physical health of older adults. Our goal is to improve mobility, balance, and, above all, the quality of life of seniors. We individually tailor and integrate exercises and therapy to reduce health problems associated with aging and chronic conditions.

Our therapeutic plans enhance the daily functioning of seniors with the following difficulties:

  • Issues related to spinal degeneration, discopathy, or joint disorders
  • Weakness and instability of the musculoskeletal system, leading to loss of motor coordination, balance problems, and increased risk of falls
  • Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other joint diseases in older adults
  • Gait problems, including abnormal, unstable, or hindered walking
  • Respiratory system issues such as obstructive lung disease or limitations in chest mobility.
  • Consequences of frequently occurring injuries in older adults, such as fractures, sprains, or dislocations
  • Stroke recovery – rehabilitation improves motor function and patient independence
  • Neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis
